We can set up digital accounting software (typically Xero) to record your revenue and expenditure transactions, in a format accepted by HMRC.
We can ensure that ALL of your transactions are recorded correctly and that you’re not claiming for things that may cause issues with HMRC. We can advise you on what documents you need to keep. If you are struggling with your admin, we can also manage your Receipts & Document Filing Service.

- We can provide you with a digital accounting package with Xero and set up a secure bank feed that will automatically pull all of your bank transactions through.
- Whilst you are carrying out your clinical activities we will be working on your accounts, on a “Real Time - Live” basis.
- We will post all of your transactions to the correct accounting codes as per HMRC’s expectations and will advise you if any transactions might cause HMRC to flag as a concern.
- We will ensure that your Practice is HMRC compliant.
